Starting a nonprofit organization can be a large undertaking--especially for one person!

A nonprofit is intended to  be overseen by a board of directors.

These board members can and should actively participate on your board and organizational oversight. The goal of board coaching is to help each board member understand their role, specific tasks, and how to contribute appropriately to the overall success of the nonprofit.
