At NES, we are pleased to offer affordable help and assistance for programs pursing nonprofit status and desiring to apply for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. Our streamlined process assists you in learning and efficiently navigating all aspects of nonprofit creation including assembling a board, creating bylaws, nonprofit incorporation, and 501c3 application.
